Shipping & Return Policy

We process and ship all orders within 1–2 business days.

Orders are sent using Priority or Standard shipping services, depending on the customer’s selection at checkout.

 

Once an order has been shipped, tracking information will be provided. Delivery times may vary based on the carrier, destination, and other factors outside our control.

 

Please ensure that all shipping information is accurate at the time of checkout. We are not responsible for delays or failed deliveries caused by incorrect addresses or carrier issues.

Returns

 

Due to the nature of our products, all sales are final.

For safety and quality reasons, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges on consumable honey items. This policy ensures that products are not opened, handled, or tampered with before reaching customers.

 

We cannot accept items that have been shipped back without prior approval.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

 

If your order arrives damaged or you received the wrong item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the product and packaging. We will review the issue and work with you to find a solution.

Lost or Missing Packages

 

Once an order has been shipped, we are not responsible for lost, delayed, or stolen packages. If a delivery issue occurs, please contact the shipping carrier directly using your tracking number.
